Bosch IDS Family Overview
IDS FAMILY HEAT PUMPS
Bosch air-to-air heat pumps within the IDS family provide quiet and efficient home heating and cooling. During colder months, an air-to-air heat pump extracts heat from the outdoor air and transfers it indoors. During warmer months, the process is reversed – the system extracts heat from the air inside the home and expels it outside to cool the house.
Bosch inverter-driven air-to-air heat pump systems are known for their simplicity, efficiency, and compact size, making them an ideal choice for residential heating and cooling needs.

AIR HANDLING UNITS
Make the unmatched efficiency of Bosch a reality in your home – our air handling units can easily upgrade your typical fan coil or air handler.

CONDENSING GAS FURNACES
High quality, condensing gas furnaces from Bosch pair seamlessly with Bosch heat pumps for a complete heating and cooling system. Gas furnaces use natural gas – when the thermostat signals a need for heat, the furnace’s ignition system ignites the gas in the burner, producing a flame that heats up the heat exchanger and transfers the heat to the surrounding air. Once the air is heated, a blower fan pushes it through the ductwork to warm the room while the combustion gases produced during the process are vented out safely.
